Conference Registration is Now Open!

Mark your calendars now for the 2025 ACSO Annual Conference in Costa Mesa (August 7-9) at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, hosted by the Pacific Symphony.

You can register for all three days of the conference or for each day individually. For the lowest rates, we highly recommend you join ACSO as a member (organizational or individual) and register during the early-bird period (May 1 – June 6).

Special Registration Rates

GROUP RATE - 10% DISCOUNT

Member organizations in Groups 1-3 ($1M+) bringing 5 or more delegates are eligible to receive 10% off registration fees.

Member organizations in Groups 4-7 (<$1M), youth orchestras, leagues & guilds, collegiate orchestras, and choruses bringing 3 or more delegates, are eligible to receive 10% off registration fees

Group rates are only valid during the early bird registration period.

There are two ways to register as a group:

  1. If you are registering your group together, the discount will automatically apply when you select enough attendees.
  2. If your group is registering themselves individually, contact conference@acso.org for information and to receive a group registration code.


STUDENT RATE

Students can attend the entire 3-day conference for only $150 or for $50 for a single day.

 

ONE FREE MUSICIAN

Member organizations may send one musician (who does not have other administrative duties, is a paid staff member or serves on the board of directors) free of charge. The free musician must register by July 24 (onsite registration is not available), and the organization sending the free musician must register at least one additional person at the regular rates. Contact conference@acso.org to register.

 

VOLUNTEER

ACSO is accepting applications for volunteers to help us onsite at conference with registration, wayfinding, and other logistics. Volunteers receive a complimentary conference registration for volunteering 8 or more hours or 50% off registration for volunteering 4-7 hours. Spots are limited and the deadline to submit an application is May 26. Accepted volunteers will be notified by June 1.


Beware of Email Scams Offering Attendee Lists
We’ve been alerted that unauthorized third parties are contacting our attendees and exhibitors with offers to purchase attendee or contact lists for the Association of California Symphony Orchestras (ACSO) Conference.

These emails are fraudulent. ACSO does not sell attendee or exhibitor contact lists, and we have not authorized any third party to distribute this information.

If you receive an email from a third-party offering to sell ACSO conference lists or claiming to have access to our attendee database, we strongly advise you to:

  • Do not engage or respond to the message.
  • Do not click any links or download attachments.
  • Mark the message as spam and delete it.

We take the privacy of our members and participants seriously and are actively working to stop these scams. If you have any questions or would like to report a suspicious message, please contact us at conference@acso.org.
