Over three jam-packed days, attendees dive into inspiring keynotes, hands-on breakout sessions, lively peer forums, and fun networking events. The conference tackles hot-topics like:

  • Building audiences that keep coming back
  • Innovating programming and embracing tech
  • Forging powerful community partnerships
  • Boosting fundraising and revenue streams
  • Strengthening leadership and governance

Whether a seasoned maestro or new to the field, attendees leave with fresh ideas, new connections, and practical skills to help orchestras thrive.

We're thrilled to team up with the Santa Rosa Symphony to bring the ACSO Annual Conference back to Sonoma County—our first time since 2014! Located in the heart of Sonoma County, Santa Rosa offers a vibrant and growing arts scene, with a strong network of local theaters, music organizations, museums, and public art. While best known for its wine country setting, the region is also home to hundreds of creative organizations and a thriving community of artists. Join us for three days of learning and connection in one of Northern California’s most inspiring and culturally rich regions.

Thank You To Our 2026 Host Orchestra

Santa Rosa Symphony inspires and engages the residents of our region with exceptional musical performances and educational programs through core values of organizational strength, innovative programming, community service, and fiscal responsibility.
