ACSO Strategic Planning Consultant RFP
The Association of California Symphony Orchestras (ACSO) has begun the process to draft a new strategic plan. The ACSO Board and Staff have already completed Phase 1 of a three-phase strategic planning project and are looking for a consultant to lead the organization through Phase 2 and 3 over a six-month time period.
