ACSO webinars are 60-to-90-minute online workshops covering an array of topics from fundraising to development to governance. To participate in a webinar, all you need is a computer and access to the internet. Webinars are free to members and $25 to non-members.

Kelly Lucera
Executive Director
Long Beach Symphony

Appointed executive director of the Long Beach Symphony in 2013, Ms. Lucera’s successes include ending each year with a surplus; increasing the Board of Directors and the donor base; negotiating multi-year collective bargaining agreements with the local musicians’ union, providing increases to musicians’ salaries; managing a music director search process; creating a planned giving program; and assembling a strong new administrative team.

Ms. Lucera previously served as president & CEO of the Pacific Chorale in Orange County for nine years, and achieved an 86% increase in contributed revenue and a 50% increase in ticket revenue. Previously serving as VP of the Orange County School of the Arts, Ms. Lucera raised over $39 million, including $25 million for a capital campaign. A former teacher and arts mentor for the Downey USD, she has held positions with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Pacific Symphony.

Ms. Lucera served for a decade on the Board of Directors of the Association of California Symphony Orchestras.
