Join us for some virtual family fun with Reading is Instrumental, a weekly musical storytime produced by the Berkeley Public Library Foundation and Berkeley Symphony. This week, UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol Christ reads Pierre: A Cautionary Tale in Five Chapters and A Prologue by Maurice Sendak. Violist Darcy Rindt provides a musical accompaniment to the story of young Pierre, whose favorite line is, "I don't care!" Kids and adults alike can tune in for literary, musical fun from your Bay Area favorites.
