CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be permitted on early registrations only, subject to a $50 processing charge, with written requests received prior to July 11. No refunds will be issued after July 11. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service charge. Substitutions are permitted up to July 11.

SPOUSES AND GUESTS
Unregistered spouses and guests may attend meals and special events by purchasing tickets with a registered delegate. Only registered delegates may attend sessions and seminars.

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation of registration will be sent via email as registrations are processed. If you have not received a confirmation notice within three weeks of submitting your registration, please contact us by email at office@acso.org.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required before your registration can be processed. Faxed reservations are welcomed for credit card orders. Your canceled check and/or bank card statement is your receipt.

SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS!

ACSO MEMBER RATE
Member organizations may send one delegate at the Member Rate unless using the Group Rate. Additional delegates who are not Individual or Business Members register at the non-member rate.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Available for groups of 4 or more or 8 or more from the same member organization attending all three days. Each group member should complete a separate registration form. All registrations, with payment, must be received at the same time and arrive by June 28. Sorry, group registration is not available online.

ACSO/NEA SCHOLARSHIP (FREE)
A Scholarship Form must be filled out in order to qualify. 30 scholarships are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis (15 to individual members and 15 to organization members). This scholarship covers registration fees only all optional events such as luncheons and evening events must be paid for in full. Scholarship recipients do not count toward the group rate of 4 or more or 8 more more. A $100 travel stipend is also available to those scholarship recipients who reside more than 100 miles from the DoubleTree by Hilton Sonoma Country. 

MUSICIAN REPRESENTATIVE (FREE)
Member orchestras and choruses may send one musician free-of-charge (please fill out a registration form). This offer is to encourage participation of musicians; it is not for your conductor, musicians who serve on your Board of Directors, nor those who fulfill other staff duties. The free musician must accompany a paid delegate from his/her organization. Offer covers 3-day registration only all optional events such as luncheons and Power Seminars must be paid for in full.

POWER SEMINAR PACKAGE (SATURDAY ONLY)
You have the option to buy the Power Seminar Package scheduled August 2. It includes a one-day registration, the Power Seminar with Continental breakfast, luncheon with guest speaker Joanne Lipman. (49% savings!)

RESOURCE ROOM
NEW! ACSO business members may exhibit in the resource room for $50. A $425 fee applies to artists, artist managers or vendors who are not current ACSO business members and use the Resource Room for marketing materials or demonstrations. This fee does not cover admission to sessions or seminars.
