The ACSO Annual Conference attracts more than 300 attendees who are the decision-makers and leaders of the classical music field in the West. 1. What is the name and address of the facility where the 2017 Annual Conference will be held?

The conference, including all sessions and exhibits will be held at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel:

2. What are the costs and how can I reserve my table-top exhibit space for the 2017 Annual Conference?

  • Business members receive a complimentary space with their 2016/17 Business Membership.
  • Individual (consultant) members may purchase a table-top exhibit space for $450. This includes one table-top exhibit space and one exhibitor conference registration.
  • Non-Members may purchase a table-top exhibit space for $700. The fee includes one table-top exhibit space, one exhibitor conference registration, and a one-year business membership.

3. Do I get an exhibit space as a conference sponsor?

Yes, you receive a complimentary table-top exhibit space and one exhibitor registration if you are a conference sponsor. To learn more about conference sponsorship, please download the conference sponsorship opportunities sheet or contact Mitch Menchaca, executive director, at mmenchaca@acso.org.

4. Who do I contact with specific questions?

After you register, please contact Caroline Firman, communications and conference manager, with all exhibitor-related questions. Caroline can be reached at conference@acso.org.

5. How do I reserve a room at the conference hotel?

Reserve your room at the low rate of $205/night plus taxes. Alternatively, you may call 1.800.THE.OMNI (843-6664) and reference the Association of California Symphony Orchestras guestroom block. The deadline to reserve rooms is Monday, June 26, 2017 or when the block is filled -- whichever comes first.
